Glenallan Fashions Wedding Outfits
Unlike most general fashion ranges the outfits for Mother of the Bride/Groom are delivered into shops twice yearly. Spring/summer outfits come in to us between January and April, autumn/winter between June and August.
The main difference between the seasons is the depth of colour. Lighter colours for summer and deeper for winter. The weights of the fabrics are by and large the same so you need to look for these outfits at the appropriate time of year. Bear in mind that these outfits are not generally mass-produced to avoid the likelihood of someone arriving at the wedding with the same outfit as Mum so we are seldom able to get more stock in a style after it is delivered into the shop. It pays to start looking early and when you see something you like buy it. In our experience many ladies are disappointed when they go back to a shop after looking around only to find the outfit they most liked has gone!
Styling ranges from the Coterie (targeted at 'top table' guests), Frank Usher, Dusk and Medici ranges which would have something for a wide variety of age groups and tastes to Libra which is a good separates collection for something that can be 'worn again'..
